Witek Socha is a technical product manager working on the core of CKEditor 5. He bridges the technical aspect of the product with the value it should bring to customers and users.

Over the years, Witek has served in many roles: programming, support, process, and product management across start-ups, scale-ups, and corporations. This unique background gives him the opportunity to understand the perspective of many clients and develop products that solve their problems.

Witek's career has always been tied to tech products. He started in the YC-backed Estimote, later joined Picodi as a developer, and also helped organize IT and documentation processes at Ringier Axel Springer, one of the leading media publishing houses in CEE. At Brainly, he helped create internal content products that served massive global scale for the benefit of students around the globe.

He loves open-source and web technologies. Whenever possible, and not bothered by his kids, he plays with different frameworks, technologies, and programming languages.
