The new features in CKEditor 5 answer our users’ request for a better way to implement an email editor using our rich text editor. Developers and product owners were looking for a solution that would allow their users to create beautiful layouts that would be delivered with the formatting intact, regardless of how recipients view the message. And they wanted their applications to support the design of the emails without a developer needing to step in and tweak the HTML.

This release offers several key features - including Export with Inline Styles and Layout Tables - that give users precise layout capabilities while bridging the gap between CKEditor’s CSS rendering model and the way that most email clients display content. For developers, the Email Configuration Helper provides a built-in guide for setting up an email-safe editing environment.

Plus, we’ve added a new Email Editor preset to the CKEditor Builder. With the Builder, you can generate a ready-to-use configuration that adds email editing inside your application in minutes and yet remains fully customizable. We’ll cover all of this, and more, in the April 24th webinar.
